Jo Voice began supervising in 2009, training and supporting social workers' professional development following supervision training with the Project Team (Karin Shepard and Chris Thomas).
Her professional development includes internal agency training in Signs of Safety (2005), Safety Planning and Three Houses (2011), and Appreciative Inquiry (ongoing). She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (2013) and Certificate in Te Ara Reo Māori (2022), both from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, and a Master's in Social Change Leadership from Melbourne University (2023).
As a Manager, Jo has supervised 30+ senior social workers and advocacy workers before launching her private supervision practice in 2019. As Tangata Tiriti, she is committed to honouring Māori as Tangata Whenua and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles. Jo delivers strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed supervision that promotes sustainable safety and support for those in leadership positions, social work kaimahi, and others in the helping professions.

Scott Taylor Moore's supervision journey began in 1999 supporting volunteers in Palmerston North, following training with the Project Team.
After a decade practicing social work across the UK, he returned to Aotearoa and completed a Master of Social Work at Massey University (2023), including advanced coursework in Clinical Supervision. He has since completed Te Ara Reo Māori (He Pī Ka Pao, 2025) and a Certificate in Adult Education (2024).
Since establishing his private practice in 2017, Scott has provided external supervision to kaimahi across social service, health, and tertiary settings. As Tangata Tiriti, he is committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi in his supervisory approach. His practice is grounded in critical social work, strengths-based and trauma-informed frameworks, with a focus on sustainable safety for kaimahi and the whānau they serve
