I am an enthusiastic and creative registered social worker with a strong professional ethic and a clear commitment to integrity in practice. I am currently employed as a Senior Social Worker and have recent experience in Team Leader roles within the non-government sector. My practice spans Health, Family Violence, Transitional Housing, Corrections, Hospital, Mental Health (including forensic settings), and Health and Disability services across Aotearoa New Zealand and the United Kingdom. I bring well-developed skills in comprehensive needs assessment, responsive intervention, and constructive engagement with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds. I am experienced in complex and high-pressure environments and am committed to providing reliable, pragmatic, and effective support to both service users and practitioners. I have a strong interest in the transition and preparedness of newly qualified social workers and actively promote professional responsibility as Tāngata Tiriti.
